Giving guide

Before you give: questions that make generosity informed

A meaningful donation starts with trust. These questions can help you understand an organization and the work you want to support.

GRF USA editorial draft · Prepared October 21, 2026

What will my gift support?

Ask whether gifts support a specific project or the organization’s general work. Request current priorities and ask how any restrictions on a gift will be handled.

What information is available?

Look for a clear organizational identity, reliable contact information, and available reporting. Ask for financial documents or project updates that the team can provide. Do not assume that a payment link alone establishes an organization’s tax status.

Who processes my donation?

GRF USA’s existing website links to a PayPal donation page. Check the recipient and amount before completing payment, and keep the confirmation provided by the payment service.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

This website does not verify GRF USA’s tax-exempt status or promise deductibility. Ask the organization for its current documentation and consult your adviser if you need guidance for your situation.

How can I follow up?

Email info@grfusa.org with questions about a donation. Do not send card numbers, bank details, or other sensitive payment information through a contact form.
